National EPR Usability Summit 2026

London’s ‘Walkie Talkie’ | Wednesday 4 November 2026

Following the success of the inaugural event, Ethical Healthcare is delighted to bring together NHS leaders, clinicians, digital health professionals and industry partners for the second National EPR Usability Summit.

The 2025 summit welcomed around 100 senior delegates from across the NHS and digital health community, creating a highly engaged environment focused how digital technology works better for the people who use it.

As NHS organisations move beyond implementation and into optimisation, usability has become central to productivity, clinical safety, staff experience and return on investment. The event will showcase practical lessons, real-world case studies and evidence-based approaches to improvement.

This year’s discussions will also consider the growing importance of neighbourhood health models, integrated care and cross-organisational working — and what this means for future EPR strategy, interoperability and digital transformation across systems.

The Summit provides a unique forum for shared learning, honest discussion and practical collaboration between NHS organisations and industry partners.

“The Ethical Usability Summit created a really valuable opportunity for open conversations with colleagues across the NHS around clinician experience, usability and digital transformation. It was a great mix of practical insight, shared learning and networking.”
