About Ethical

Judy drives forward our mission to provide the ethical route to digital transformation. Her impressive track record includes senior programme and operational roles and heading up an electronic patient record (EPR) provider’s software portfolio.  

Luke drives our vision to exploit the opportunities of technology and innovation in the healthcare sector. He has extensive experience in digital healthcare, having worked as CTO on digital transformation programmes in two NHS Foundation Trusts.

Jan leads our finance team and has a passion for quality service delivery. She is an accredited public sector accountant and former NHS director.  

Tracey oversees client engagement, strategic planning and delivery at Ethical. She has a wealth of experience spanning central government and the health and technology sectors, including roles as Chief Information Officer at Pennine Actue Hospital Trust, Digital Director for the Northern Care Alliance and Innovation and Partnerships Director at NHS Digital.

Laura drives continuous improvement across Ethical by streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. She has a pharmacology background and significant experience in senior roles at a health communications and research agency.  

Shaun brings our people and processes along with our technology to keep our internal wheels turning. He helps our team and clients gain valuable insights through the use of business information and analytics tools.  

Matthew manages our client relationships and supports the development of services and solutions to meet their needs. He has over a decade of experience working with NHS organisations and a particular enthusiasm for interoperability.  

Ash crafts and executes high-performing delivery strategies for our clients. An experienced pharmacy technician turned strategic leader, Ash combines clinical safety knowledge, supplier expertise and a relentless focus on quality.  

Caroline develops strategic communications and behavioural change activities to support our clients through change. She is a chartered communications professional with experience in various NHS trusts and local government.  

Donna supports the management and delivery of client projects. 

Heather supports the delivery and management of client projects, with a focus on improving project delivery, relationship building and technology.  

Katie provides administrative support to our senior leadership team and ensures our business runs smoothly.  

Nicola expertly manages the delivery of client projects and has expertise in electronic patient record (EPR) implementation and optimisation, business change and benefits reporting. She is PRINCE II qualified and has worked in project and programme management roles in the NHS.  

Liz manages the delivery of projects for our clients, with a focus on cutover planning and expertise in electronic patient records (EPR) and laboratory information management systems (LIMS). She has 40 years of experience in the NHS and health IT suppliers and is a qualified transformation coach who works on our Minerva leadership development programme.  

Mark helps our clients improve their capacity and capabilities by designing strategic  programmes that deliver successful change. He’s worked in the NHS, including the NHS Modernisation Agency, private sector and Armed Forces.  

Ellie utilises Waterfall and Agile methodologies to offer our clients tailored project management approaches. She’s a PhD student, teacher and is passionate about people-centred delivery.  

Felix excels at translating non-digital user needs into understandable and deliverable digital strategy and software. He operates from national strategy level to local implementation with specialisms in interoperability, digital diagnostics and large-scale data analytics solutions.  

Penny delivers change and improves digital systems in programmes across all healthcare domains. She’s an expert in cyber security, digital systems implementation, complex data migration, information reporting, test management and clinical process mapping.  

Lisa ensures our clients’ programmes meet their objectives and are delivered on time and to budget. She has more than 20 years’ experience of strategic planning, leadership and programme implementation in the public sector.  

Amanda is an expert in the psychology of change, with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and 30 years of NHS experience both patient-facing and more latterly transformation, leadership and strategy.  She leads our Minerva leadership development programme. 

Victoria has unrivalled knowledge and experience in design thinking in digital health, working as a user-centred design lead for the Northern Care Alliance and leading a partnerships and innovation service in an NHS trust.
