Ethical Healthcare has been awarded a position on the new Digital Technical Clinical Support Framework recently announced by the NHS London Procurement Partnership.
This framework has been developed for the procurement of technical expertise and support, as a direct response to the NHS’s increasing need for specialised, flexible support across clinical digital projects, where in-house resources are limited or stretched.
The Framework provides clinical and digital end users with access to highly specialised technical expertise across system implementation, integration, development and optimisation. It also provides procurement and commercial leads with a fully PCR2015-compliant procurement route to market for digital clinical technical services.
Ethical can be commissioned via two Lots:
Lot 3: Implementation Professional Services
Support for the rollout and configuration of proprietary or opensource clinical systems, including change management, decommissioning legacy systems, and post-implementation assurance and benefits realisation.
Lot 5: General Clinical Digital Professional Services
Broad consultancy covering strategy, business case development, optimisation, technical architecture, governance, performance metrics, and end-user support. Designed for projects that span multiple domains.
The DTCS framework evolved from the previous Clinical Digital Professional Services (CDPS) framework and the OneLondon Local Health and Care Record DPS – both of which have played an important role in helping NHS organisations access niche professional services. The new framework brings together the scope of these agreements, introduces two new additional Lots to reflect demand following market consultation, and simplifies access for buyers across the NHS and wider public sector.
