Luke Stockdale will bring years of experience to Ethical Healthcare as he embarks on a role as the consultancy’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

As CTO, Luke with drive Ethical’s vision to exploit the opportunities of technology and innovation in the healthcare sector, supporting clients to embrace the benefits of digital transformation and digital healthcare in all their forms.

Luke has significant experience in digital health. He joins Ethical from York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust where he was CTO involved in the Frontline Digitisation Programme. Prior to that, he was Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust where he was heavily involved in the Digital Aspirant Programme and the optimisation of the Cerner electronic patient record (EPR) system as the cornerstone of transformation.

Luke is passionate about putting people at the heart of technological innovation. He said: “I believe technology thrives best when there is a clear focus on the end user and ensuring the process and people element are embedded strongly during implementation.”
